At Bearefoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the tracking number is kept for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
